Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates aligned with business needs.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
  • Support organizational goals by strengthening employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
  • Promote and maintain a positive, productive, and inclusive working environment aligned with company policies and culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies throughout all human resource functions.
  • Assist in identifying current and future manpower needs and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
  • Monitor employee performance and support development plans to improve productivity and job effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to address HR-related concerns and implement effective people management solutions.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee and organizational information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven working experience at the HR Officer or Supervisor level, or related roles
  • Goal-oriented
