Overview

We are seeking for a target driven, energetic individual who is interested in innovative technologies.

This key role for this position is to discover new business opportunities via telephone.

This individual will be responsible for generating marketing leads for sales team & conducting market research for the management team.

• Make outbound calls
• Conduct market research to identify potential prospects
• Effectively communicate our added value of our products and services over the phone

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in French and have basic English communication skills.
• Must possess excellent oral communication and listening skills
• Must possess good note-taking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess professionalism and assertiveness
• Lively personality and likes to talk to potential customers
• Proficient with computers and desire to learn new software and technologies
• Some customer service experience / outbound call experience would be an asset
