Job Summary:
We are looking for Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist with 3-5 years of experience. The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions through structured testing and validation processes.This role focuses on identifying defects, verifying compliance with defined requirements and standards, and supporting continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle. The QA Specialist works closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure that delivered solutions meet both functional and technical expectations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- With at least 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Can start immediately
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in JIRA for defect tracking and test management.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in automation testing.
- Experience using Selenium for test automation.
- Experience using Robot Framework for automated testing.
- Strong understanding of QA processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
