Salary: P70,000P90,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:30 AM 03:30 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or support
Experience with technology recruitment or ITcommercial roles preferred
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, JobAdder, Google Suite
Confident conducting candidate screening interviews
Excellent written and verbal English
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Comfortable working remotely with daily task visibility
What will you do?
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Seek, and other platforms
Write and post job advertisements based on briefed role requirements
Conduct structured phonevideo screening interviews with candidates
Prepare candidate shortlists and written summaries
Format CVs to company template and ensure presentation consistency
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability
Confirm interviews and provide logistics support to candidates
Maintain ATSCRM (e.g. JobAdder) and recruitment trackers
Assist with reference checks and communication drafting as needed
