About the role
As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers at our flagship store in Ermita, Manila. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to showcase your passion for luxury retail and deliver world-class customer service.
What you'll be doing- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them towards suitable products
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our luxury product range, including features, benefits and usage
- Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice and recommendations
- Process sales transactions efficiently and handle customer payments accurately
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organised and visually appealing at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our valued clientele
- Support store operations and assist with other duties as required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail or luxury sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on product features
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a tidy, organised sales environment
- Proficient in English and the local language; additional language skills an advantage
- A positive, enthusiastic and professional demeanour
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
