Distributor Sales Supervisor (Pili)

Distributor Sales Supervisor will ensure effective sales and distribution of FMCG products within a designated region through the following;

Ensuring availability and visibility of products at the trade level.
Supervision and training of Distributor Sales Personnel.
Timely cascade, implementation and monitoring of principals trade supports to distributor sales force.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, addressing any operational or sales issues.
To provide feedback on the trade programs implemented and give sound suggestions.
Analyze sales data, track market trends, and identify opportunities for expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any business-related courses
With minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
Proficient in Distributor Management, Selling, Negotiation, and Execution
