About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Import Documentation Assistant who will be responsible for managing and organizing import-related documents to ensure smooth and timely processing of shipments. The ideal candidate will support procurement operations for both local and international purchases.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and manage all import documentation requirements
  • Coordinate with suppliers, brokers, and shipping lines for timely release of shipments
  • Track and update import shipment schedules and statuses
  • Maintain accurate records of all inbound transactions
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations and company policies
  • Support the Procurement Team in handling both local and international sourcing activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • With experience in import documentation
  • Knowledgeable in procurement processes (local and international)
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related course
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
