The Store Head reports to Operations Manager. Oversees and accountable of total store operations by ensuring maximum sales and profitability through customer service, inventory, marketing and sales, managing operating cost and people development.
II.Duties and Responsibilities- Ensures that policies and standards are implemented as the process champion of selling, front end, warehouse operations and clearing procedures
- Customer service management
- Training and development and management of seven (7) critical positions of the store: Asst. Store, Front end officer, Warehouse Department Head, 3 Category Department Heads and Store Admin Assistant
- Accountable for store target achievement
- Manage and control store expenses
- Inventory Management
- Profitability
- Facilities and fixed assets management
- Risk Management
- Ensures profitability of western union, bayad center and lotto
Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of any four (4) years course, preferably business course graduate. Should have atleast 5 years relevant work experience from retail or food establishments handling managerial or supervisory position. Has comprehensive work knowledge on store management and operations.High spirited and exudes positive attitude.
