Job Responsibilities
- Conducts line inspection during production runs and collects QC retention and stability samples as required.
- Inspects assigned materials and finished goods; recommends subject disposition based on set quality standards.
- Documents inspection results for finished products and maintains accurate inspection records.
- Performs monthly finished goods audits and prepares related reports and QC control tags.
- Implements and monitors compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Storage Practices (GSP) in the Production Line and FG Warehouse in accordance with the FDA regulations.
- Ensures compliance of finished and outgoing goods with QC standards prior to warehouse transfer and dispatch to customers.
- Reports all quality-related non-conformities to the QA Officer.
- Investigates product quality issues and recommends appropriate corrective actions.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
