- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction-related field preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in building construction and/or estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Box, CMiC, and Procore
- Strong understanding of construction workflows and procurement processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in document control software (e.g., Procore, Box)
- Skilled with PDF editing, overlays, and drawing management tools (e.g., Bluebeam)
- Basic understanding of construction workflows and procurement processes
- Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, and other construction-related documents
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Outlook for communication and coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Basic understanding of business operations and workflows
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- High degree of integrity and accountability

- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods

- Regular use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and related peripherals
- Primarily office-based during the probationary period, following a standard Pacific Time Monday-Friday schedule
- Hybrid work setup available (2-3 days per week remote) upon regularization, in accordance with company policy
- Adherence to the organization's Telecommuting Policy and English Only Policy (EOP)
- Conduct procurement tracking and ensure timely submittals of key items
- Maintain Procore and document logs, including meeting minutes and closeout documentation
- Interpret contract documents and manage RFIs and submittals
- Support design issue resolution and change order analysis under supervision
- Communicate effectively with owners, design teams, and project stakeholders
