We’re looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy keeping things in order, supporting both in-office and remote teams, and making daily operations run smoothly, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Support- Handle filing, reports, presentations, and meeting setups
- Organize both digital and physical files
- Manage accounts, inventory, and records
- Assist with report creation and updates
- Assist with onboarding remote employees
- Set up virtual meetings and celebrations
- Support daily HR tasks and document prep
- Keep employee records accurate and organized
- Help prepare training materials and sessions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A team player who can handle multiple tasks.
- Experience with virtual meetings is a plus!
- Must have any Safety Officer certification.
