Position Overview
As an IT Generalist, you will play a key role in maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of Exodia’s technical infrastructure. This hands-on role includes troubleshooting, system support, documentation, and coordination of IT assets—plus mentoring interns and contributing to internal improvements.
What You’ll Do- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and networking
- Maintain inventory tracking and asset documentation
- Troubleshoot network systems (LAN/WAN, VLANs, switches, routers)
- Manage user accounts and access rights
- Promote cybersecurity awareness
- Contribute to IT SOPs and process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- 1–3 years’ experience in IT support or related areas (including internships, freelance, or equivalent)
- Familiar with Windows OS, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and IT documentation
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
- Certifications like CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus
- Effective team player, open to learning and growth
- PHP 18,000–22,000 (Basic Rate + Allowance)
