About the role
As a Sourcing Associate at SAGILITY PHILIPPINES B.V. BRANCH OFFICE, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team in finding the best talent for our clients. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity in the fast-paced world of recruitment, where you will hone your skills in sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates.Based in Quezon City Metro Manila, this full-time position will allow you to develop your expertise in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry.
What you'll be doing- Proactively sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and industry networks
- Screening and evaluating candidate resumes and profiles to determine their fit for open positions
- Engaging with potential candidates via phone, email, and social media to assess their skills, experience, and interest in our clients' opportunities
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of candidate information and interactions in our applicant tracking system
- Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews and preparing candidate profiles
- Continuously developing your knowledge of the recruitment industry, including trends, best practices, and new sourcing strategies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and candidates
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify qualified candidates
- Proficiency in using recruitment and HR-related software, including applicant tracking systems
- A keen interest in the recruitment industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field
- Familiarity with the local job market and recruitment landscape in the Quezon City Metro Manila area
