Job Qualifications:

  1. Preferably graduate of BS Accounting, Finance Management and/or any related discipline
  2. Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to multi-task

Required Skills:

  1. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  2. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Experience:

  1. At least 1 - 2 years experience in the same/similar role
  2. Proven administrative assistant or administrative support experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in building maintenance and coordination of requests
  2. Maintain and manage office supplies, uniforms and admin general supplies including replenishment and issuance.
  3. File and maintain comprehensive documentation of Admin records and documents
  4. Manage administrative duties and functions to serve other department’s requests
  5. Coordinate with Compliance Officer for securing and safekeeping of business permits, licenses, registrations and other periodic monitoring and reports
  6. Regulate utility consumption of electricity, water, internet and the likes
  7. Prepare Purchase Orders, request for payments for received company bills for utilities, telephone/mobile phones /internet, group insurance, HMO, electricity and water, etc.
  8. Ensure proper coordination of on-time payment of bills to avoid disconnection, penalties and interests
  9. Accept Work Order Requests and coordinate repair and purchase of needed materials
  10. Act as HR Reliever in the absence of HR Generalists
  11. Work with the compliance officer in managing trips and other vehicle requests
  12. Handle uniform issuance and PPE release for newly-hired employees
  13. Manage company phone assignments and retrieval as needed
  14. Perform additional task as instructed from time to time
