Financial Controller (CPA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of government-mandated reports and taxes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.
• Support cost control initiatives and resource optimization.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Finance/Business is an advantage).
• Proven experience in financial management, preferably in healthcare or hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
