Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated PCB Designer and Validation Technician to join our engineering team. This role involves designing printed circuit boards (PCBs) and validating their performance to ensure functionality and reliability. Open to fresh graduates with relevant education and a strong interest in electronics design and testing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing PCBs using tools like Altium Designer, PADS, or Cadence Allegro.
Help create PCB libraries and support manufacturing documentation.
Participate in validation testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment.
Support troubleshooting of PCB issues under guidance from senior engineers.
Follow ESD and lab safety procedures.
Document test results, issues, and changes clearly.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Electronics/Electrical Technology or related field.
Familiarity with PCB design software (training can be provided).
Basic understanding of electronic components and circuit theory.
Strong interest in hands-on electronics work and learning new tools.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
