We are urgently hiring native ESL teachers who can conduct online classes via phone and video.

• Employment Type: Contract (Full-time only)
• Work Location: Remote (Work from Home)

• Hourly Rate: USD 10 (per 10-minute class: USD 1.6667)
• Payment is based on the number of classes taught, and the monthly salary will vary depending on how many 10-minute classes are conducted.
• During the initial 60 days of employment, a minimum daily wage of USD 33 is guaranteed. However, if the calculated monthly wage results in an average daily rate exceeding USD 33, the full excess amount will be paid.
• Payment: Paid monthly via bank transfer, every 20th of the month

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
• Stable wired internet connection (Wi-Fi only not allowed)
• High-quality headset with microphone (earphones not accepted)
• Government-issued valid ID (Passport or Driver’s License) required
• Professional home teaching environment with clean and appropriate background
• ESL certification preferred but not required

• Morning Shift: 06:00 – 15:00 KST
• Afternoon Shift: 15:00 – 24:00 KST

• Interview: Conducted via Zoom
• Training: 3 days (4 hours per day)
