Field Service Technician

Job Description:
- Conduct servicing and maintenance of generator sets (gensets) and related equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct genset inspection and evaluation to ensure optimal performance
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on-site
- Prepare service reports and documentation after each service activity
- Coordinate with clients regarding technical concerns and service schedules
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- With experience in electrical and mechanical works
- Willing to do field work / site visits
- With valid driver’s license
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Computer literate
- At least 2 years experience as Field Service Technician
