Job Description
The Financial Planning and Analysis Officer is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business decisions. The role ensures accurate and timely financial insights across store operations and head office.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare annual budgets and regular forecasts
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analysis
- Consolidate financial data from multiple branches
- Monitor key metrics such as sales, food cost, and labor cost
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- At least 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-branch setup is an advantage
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
