Phone Banker

As a Phone Banker, you are responsible for providing outstanding service to customers by delivering timely resolutions to their queries. You will correspond through inbound and outbound calls regarding account transactions such as fraud investigations, collections, payments, loans, charges, fees, interest rates, rewards, and other banking issues.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding banking accounts, transactions, and services.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, payments, loans, fraud concerns, charges, and rewards.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with security standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a professional experience on every call.

• High School / Senior High School Graduate, completed at least 2 years in college, or holder of a 2-year vocational/certificate course.
• At least 1 year of international BPO voice experience or 1–2 years of customer-interfacing work experience.
• Good to excellent English communication skills with an exceptional customer service orientation.
• Proficient with basic computer functions and willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
