Job Title: Quality Assurance Processor (QA Processor)

Job Description:

Ensures accurate recognition of character/s and templated information; Performs initial validation to guarantee completeness, accuracy and consistency of bills’ information; Assists in system recognition enhancement through audit, monitoring and recording of inaccuracies and patterns.

• College Graduate
• Basic Knowledge in Quality Assurance and Auditing is an advantage
• Proficient in using MS Office/Excel
• Good Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Writing and reporting skills

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check system’s accuracy to character recognition on bills, record observed inaccuracies or patterns and provide insights to further enhance the system
• Examine system’s ability to identify varying bills templates, record observed patterns and/or challenges and provide insights to continuously enhance the system

• Correct inaccurately recognized characters and/or input unrecognized characters manually to capture all necessary information
• Encode bills’ information of unidentified or incompletely identified templates to ensure that all information is captured
• Correct unmatched or missing documents to ensure proper order of documents
• Countercheck ineligible information in the document
• Perform initial validation of bills includes completeness, accuracy and consistency of information
• Generate Action Memo to Providers for bills with incomplete details
• Handle any other exception rules
• Generate Daily Output Report
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
