Lead a cold storage manufacturing facility producing polyurethane roof panels and insulated structures. Ensure efficient operations, high product quality, safety compliance, and cost control across production, maintenance, and QA.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering (preferred).
Other engineering degrees accepted: Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Civil.

Experience

10 years total in manufacturing/plant operations.
5 years as a Plant Manager.
5 years in PU panel production.
Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.

Skills

Electrical: 3-phase & 1-phase systems, generator troubleshooting, plant wiring, breakers, load distribution.
Chemical (PU): Formulations and mixing, open vs. closed cell PU, steel-coil corrosion/rust prevention, safe chemical handling.
Mechanical: Cranes, forming machines, hydraulics, presses, conveyors; preventive/predictive maintenance oversight.
Civil/Structural: Ability to evaluate and supervise structural design/installation of cold-storage and panelized building systems.
Automation/PLC: Programming, troubleshooting, and operations of PLC-based systems for plant automation.
Strong problem-solving and cost-control capability.
