Java Developer

Developers will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality systems aligned with Pointwest's values of Leadership, Excellence, and Innovation, and our culture of Agility, Accountability, Innovation, Collaboration, and Customer Centricity.

• Delighting Our Customers & Stakeholders: Deliver secure, efficient, and high-quality Java applications that meet client requirements and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in Java development.
• Skills: Java 17, Spring Boot, REST API, JUnit, MS SQL (SOAP API, PL/SQL a plus).
• Soft Skills: Able to work independently on moderately complex tasks; collaborative and communicative.

• Experience: 0–2 years
• Skills: Solid Java foundation, familiarity with Spring Boot, REST API, JUnit, MS SQL.

Soft Skills: Eager to learn, adaptable, team-oriented, and open to feedback.
