Accounting Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The role is responsible for providing accounting and clerical support to ensure accurate financial records and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Accurately type, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records
• Process bank-related transactions, general ledger postings, and financial statements
• Reconcile accounts in a timely and accurate manner
• Encode daily financial transactions into the database
• Assist and support company personnel with accounting-related concerns
• Ensure compliance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
• Continuously update job knowledge and improve accounting skills

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any Commerce-related course
• Knowledge in SAP and/or QuickBooks is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, encoding, formatting)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Strong accuracy and time management skills
• Willing to learn and adapt to accounting processes and systems
