• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance
• MBA preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial modeling and analysis
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of retail accounting and finance
• Previous NetSuite or Oracle experience required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables
• Code writing experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently under remote management
• Ability to prioritize and manage ambiguous workloads while meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, flexible mindset, and ability to build strong remote working relationships
• High business acumen with superior critical thinking skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge and appreciation of Dylan's Candy Bar culture, products, and history

• Assist in quarterly and annual forecasting, budgeting, and consolidation processes
• Evaluate and overhaul company-wide reporting frameworks to establish a single source of truth
• Develop consistent and automated monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
• Serve as a business partner to company business units, including Wholesale, Licensing, Personal Shopping, and Ecommerce
• Support profit and loss and accounts receivable responsibilities across business units
• Create and improve forecasting models to inform Senior Leadership on strategic plan progress and effectiveness
• Provide insights at the company, business unit, and individual levels
• Work closely with the Director of Finance to establish financial structures, goals, and reporting
• Support the overall financial health of the organization
• Analyze KPI historical performance and monthly variances to plan across five business units
• Develop operating and financial plans that provide Senior Leadership with actionable insight
• Support Finance Department modernization of systems and processes
• Advise the team on non-routine reporting transactions
• Review historical data to ensure accuracy and consistency in current and future reporting
• Assist teams with special projects, including market research, process optimizations, and capital allocation
• Provide actionable output and insights for ad hoc projects
• Train new and existing team members as needed
