Sales Assurance Analyst

The role ensures data accuracy, compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies, and effective coordination between Sales and IT to support seamless operations. It also works closely with key stakeholders—including Data Governance, Commercial, Training, Partner Support, and IT UAM teams—to ensure consistent and efficient execution of all DMS-related processes.

• Candidates must be college graduates with a bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales systems support, master data management, or IT/business systems operations. Exposure to project-based work (e.g., system transitions, migrations, or process improvements) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, including sales hierarchy, agent lifecycle management, and territory alignment. Familiarity with end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) processes and the role of sales systems (e.g., DMS, CRM) in supporting sales, fulfillment, and after-sales activities.
