MANDARIN OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE RECORDING SYSTEM ANALYST- Configure and maintain Operation & Maintenance systems to ensure accurate data capture and workflow tracking.
- Translate and input maintenance documentation, logs, and manuals in both English and Mandarin
- Generate regular reports on equipment performance, downtime, preventive maintenance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to align system functions with business needs.
- Monitor system data quality and flag inconsistencies, errors, or missing information.
- Serve as the main liaison for Mandarin-speaking teams, ensuring seamless communication and system adoption.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and digital record management
- Bilingual: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment lifecycle, and documentation standards.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization/reporting tools.
