IT Project Manager

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members and to monitor and track progress.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to IT management and project stakeholders.
- Report and escalate project issues to management as needed.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and sign off/transition documents from Project to Business As Usual.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Monitors Project Cost and spend based on Project Overall Budget.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate superior. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience handling IT Project Management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in a computer-related field is a significant advantage.
- Organized, collaborative, and results-oriented.
- Willing to work ONSITE (Global City/ Quezon City) and any other SLMC facilities.
- Standard working hours (8:00AM-5:00PM) apply, but amenable to a flexible schedule and overtime as dictated by business requirements.
