• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: ₱17,000 - ₱19,000 per month

• Plan, organized, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to ensure that customer's demands and expectations will be met
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Increase production, Assets Capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 -3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At least 2 years experienced as Production Supervisor/ Plant Supervisor.
• Experienced in Roofing, Tubular Manufacturing Processing Set-up is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in Mexico, Paampanga
• Willing to start as soon as possible.
