We're seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced and varied role, you’ll be responsible for executing marketing initiatives that support our property campaigns and brand presence across digital and traditional channels.This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives on juggling multiple projects and has a passion for real estate marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Graphic Design
- Customise and tweak existing templates for signboards and stickers
- Populate pre-designed templates for digital assets (social media)
- Deliver ad hoc design work as needed by the marketing and sales team – print & digital
- Digital Advertising & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) for vendor-paid advertising (VPA)
- Work within platforms like Loomly to manage content calendars and approvals
- Monitor, report on, and optimise campaign performance – For Vendor Paid campaigns
- Marketing Operations
- Assist in rollout and consistency of brand assets across all touchpoints
- Support agent campaigns and announcements with tailored collateral
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality output of materials
- Content Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate content across social media channels
- Liaise with the marketing manager and agents to gather briefs and feedback
- Maintain marketing libraries and files for quick and easy access
- Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva
- Meta Business Suite & LinkedIn Ads Manager
- Loomly (or similar scheduling tools)
- Proven experience in a marketing or design role, ideally within the real estate industry
- Solid graphic design skills with a good eye for layout, branding and visual consistency
- Familiarity with setting up and managing paid social campaigns
- Strong time management and ability to work to deadlines across multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work
- Creative mindset with a willingness to adapt and improve processes
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience supporting a sales or property management team
- Confidence in taking briefs directly from agents or leadership team
- Interest in video editing, or content creation
