An Area Supervisor for security guards manages and oversees the daily security operations across multiple locations. They bridge the gap between upper management and field guards, ensuring client sites are secure, posts are properly manned, and all personnel adhere to safety protocols.
- Personnel Management: Handle scheduling, shift assignments, and daily attendance monitoring across multiple sites. Site Inspections: Conduct regular field visits to ensure guards are in proper uniform, alert, and strictly executing access control and surveillance duties.
- Client Relations: Address client feedback, ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLAs are met, and report directly to management.
- Incident Response: Lead the team during emergencies, conduct initial security investigations, and document precise reports.
- Compliance & Training: Ensure all guards comply with licensing standards and undergo continuous safety and security training.
