AUDIT MANAGER

Role Summary

This role focuses on leading and managing a team, handling a portfolio of clients as their relationship manager, and managing engagement economics.

• Participate in training, coaching, and other development opportunities for assigned team members.
• Provide proactive feedback to direct team members and other teams, and foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships with superiors and customers.
• Manage a portfolio of engagements, assign tasks to team members, and review their work before delivery to clients.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork by leading the team to meet objectives and performance goals.
• Engage in various projects, consistently showing creative thinking and initiative.

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
• Comfortable communicating with all team levels, including senior management.
• Skilled in coaching subordinates for career and skill development.
• Minimum 7 years of external audit experience, with the most recent year in a managerial position.
• CPA certification required.
