- Deliver the end-to-end contract or a component of the contract aligned to the solution plan, ensuring project meets contractual and economic commitments.
- Accountable for project management, including scope, timeline, risk, and quality management.
- Build and engage high performance teams, ensuring the right talent plan to achieve contract outcomes.
- Min 20 years experience in Operations and/or outsourcing
- Has managed at least 2000 FTEs
- Strategic and hands-on
- Client management experience
