Civil Project Engineer

A Civil Project Engineer oversees the planning, design and execution of construction projects like infrastructure and buildings.

• Project Management: Develop construction schedules, establish project parameters, and manage material resources and manpower.
• Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day on-site operations to ensure work aligns with approved designs, specifications, and building codes.
• Quality & Safety: Conduct regular site inspections, enforce legislative and environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols, and address non-compliance.
• Cost Control: Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), manage project budgets, evaluate contractor progress billings, and process cost estimates for design changes.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, while handling administrative documentation like requests for information (RFI) and progress reports.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
• 1 to 5 years of experience in the construction or design industry
• Proficiency in drafting and modeling software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Civil 3D) and construction scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent negotiation, leadership and clear technical communication
• Direct employment with the client
