Watch Repair Technician

Job Summary:

This role requires a passion for horology, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in a wide range of watches, including mechanical, automatic, and quartz models.
• Perform repairs such as replacing batteries, cleaning, polishing, and replacing damaged parts.
• Calibrate and test watches to ensure accurate timekeeping.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed on each watch.
• Ensure all repaired watches meet company quality standards and client specifications.
• Keep abreast of the latest watch repair techniques and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to prioritize repairs and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in watch repair and horology; certification from a recognized watchmaking school is a plus.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of different watch brands and models.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and manual dexterity.
• Good communication skills to explain repair issues and solutions.

Preferred:

• Experience with luxury watch brands.
• Familiarity with watch repair tools and equipment.
