Job Summary

The Plant Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment in the Dressing Plant. This role ensures that all machines operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime to support continuous plant operations.

The position requires hands on technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to mechanical concerns.

Requirements

Graduate of Electro Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or any related technical course
Experience in mechanical repair, plant maintenance, or equipment troubleshooting is an advantage
Knowledge in mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, and industrial machinery
Skilled in preventive maintenance and basic mechanical diagnostics
Willing to work in cold section operations
Good communication and teamwork skills
