OpsPlan, Compliance & Business Services Manager

The OpsPlan, Compliance & Business Services Manager is responsible for managing business services and the team engagement, operational planning, financials, vendor contracts and relationship, IT assets, and compliance. The role is on top of the Team;s budget planning activities, and is point person for delivering the requirements of the OpsCom and Information Security Core, for monitoring of the department’s hiring requirements, and for strategizing to keep the team highly engaged.
Furthermore, being responsible for IT Finance, the role ensures alignment of budget and actual costs to the team’s financial objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business Management or any 4-year related course
- At least 5 years in a role within the IT department and having a general understanding of how an IT department operates and its relationship with customers and external vendors.
- Power/Utility Industry business knowledge
