We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES that will act acts as the primary point of contact between the company and the customers. The core mission is to assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive overall experience with the company.

What you’ll do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
• Create and set up tickets the system, ensuring all required details, documentation, and approvals are complete
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM and internal systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years customer service experience (BPO, contact center, or corporate support preferred)
• Must be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Amenable to work ONSITE in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Can work on shifting and night‑shift schedules
• Experience supporting an Australian account is an advantage
• Familiarity with tools like Dayforce, Kronos (UKG), or People Planner is preferred and considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
