About the Role

We are a California-based employment law firm seeking a Data Specialist (Woosender Focus) to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig. This role ensures smooth client communication, accurate data management, and efficient scheduling of case evaluations and intake calls.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with U.S.-based clients.

• Manage inbound and outbound client communication via email and SMS
• Send follow-ups, reminders, and confirmations for scheduled appointments
• Coordinate intake team calendars using Woosender and related tools
• Upload and maintain client documentation in Salesforce
• Monitor scheduling conflicts and resolve them proactively
• Support workflow improvements and cross-department collaboration

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years’ experience in data entry, scheduling, or client communication
• Experience with Woosender platform (preferred)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Strong written English and professional communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Able to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Experience in a law firm or U.S.-based support environment is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish or other language) is an advantage
