Production planner & control staff - Muntinlupa

Key Responsibilities:

Production Control:

• Develop, update, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and components.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, delays, or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate schedule changes and priorities to production teams and other relevant departments.

Control Staff Duties:

• Track production outputs against targets and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of production statistics, including inventory levels, order completion status, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Support quality assurance processes by helping ensure all outputs meet required specifications.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule routine and preventive maintenance without disrupting production.
