UTILITIES AND CONSTRUCTION TEAM HEAD

Job Description:

• Oversee the efficient and reliable daily operations and maintenance of utility systems
• Manage and supervise a team of technicians, overseeing their work, and ensure they are trained and qualified.
• Responsible for managing water, electricity, gas and wastewater services, and ensuring infrastructure is up-to-date;
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and optimize energy usage to reduce costs;
• Implements improvements, develop strategies for efficient utility operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards;
• Monitor system performance to identify and address potential issues and maintains logs of inspection performed, prepares periodic reports.
• Plans and execute upgrades to existing utility systems and oversee maintenance and repair of utility infrastructure;
• Review plans, and manage contracts with service provider for installation of piping’s, machines and hook up works and maintenance of utility systems;
• Coordinates with emergency response team in case of unplanned shutdowns or outages and respond to emergency situation involving utility services.
• Communicates effectively with other teams and Korean counterpart in company headquarters for cost-effective operations and reports to company President.

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any other related Associate degree/courses in Engineering;
• Must have at least 20 years of related working experience gained from a Manufacturing Semiconductor Company;
• With strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail;
• Can communicate well in English language and proficient in the Korean language;
• Must be willing to work at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
