CREATIVE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Manage workload distribution, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Foster a collaborative work environment by facilitating cross-departmental collaboration and communication. Collaborate with the team to produce new ideas for client’s branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and goals, and translate them into actionable creative briefs.
• Review and approve final decks and creative proposals, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency across all projects.
• Work closely with the multimedia / design team, and accounts department to deliver engaging content for campaigns

Creative Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance activations, engage target audiences, and drive success for the campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into creative concepts and campaigns.
• Present creative concepts, proposals, and results to management and key stakeholders, articulating the strategic rationale behind creative decisions.
• Facilitate brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
• Create and implement strategic plans and perform research on current trends and target market preferences based on client requirements.
• Provide creative framework and guidelines for all creative assets needed for decks, presentations, renders, mock-ups and other materials needed.
• Key stakeholder in the creation of pitch decks in synergy with other departments.
• Create Storyboards, script and copy as needed in projects.
