Quezon City - Project Management Manager - Contracts

About the role

Manila Water Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Katipunan Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a contract-based position, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the Construction division of our organization.

• Act as a technical consultant and single point of contact to address contractual risk and issue by interpreting
• contractual liabilities and obligations of both parties and device solutions to settle contractual related disputes.
• Leads resolutions on contract-related disputes and device solutions to settle contract-related disputes
• Manage existing contracts in its application to Manila Water context to ensure that the risks and opportunities are properly allocated to both parties.
• Develops, manages, monitors and analyzes contract-related KPIs on a portfolio level and provides early triggers to management for action needed to prevent contractual issues
• Identifies and recommends appropriate provisions in the contract to ensure that risks and opportunities are properly considered and included in the contract.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes and construction industry regulations
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in contract drafting, review and analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
