What You'll Do
Be part of our client's team as a Payroll Officer, ensuring accurate and timely payroll for hundreds of construction employees. You'll handle reconciliations, validate timesheets, and support the finance team with essential tasks-keeping projects running smoothly.

- 3+ years' experience in payroll or a similar role
- Familiarity with Employment Hero payroll software (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of basic payroll rules and obligations
- Process weekly payroll using Employment Hero for 200+ employees across Victoria and South Australia
- Complete employee reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Ensure project team members approve timesheets on time
- Keep payroll documentation accurate and up to date
- Support the finance team with ad hoc duties
