About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Caloocan at TAPA KING INC'. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning all aspects of store operations and management, with the goal of developing the skills and knowledge to become a successful store manager.
What you'll be doing- Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn all facets of store operations, including customer service, inventory management, financial reporting, and staff supervision
- Assist the store manager with daily operations and decision-making
- Develop leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a team of store associates
- Contribute to the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant store operations
- Collaborate with the district manager and regional team to identify and implement strategies for improving store performance
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in using technology and data analysis to drive store performance
- Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
