This role is responsible for overseeing production planning, inventory management, and purchasing activities to ensure efficient production operations. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Warehouse, Purchasing, and Import/Export to maintain a steady production flow while managing resources effectively.

Required Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of production scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management to optimize manufacturing processes.
2. Ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve production and procurement operations.
3. Skilled in planning, executing, and overseeing projects, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams effectively.
4. Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
5. Meticulous in managing data, reviewing reports, and ensuring accuracy in procurement and inventory documentation.
6. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., MC Frame), Microsoft Office, and production control software for efficient data management and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field., MA or MBA is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in production control, planning, or procurement within a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Strong understanding of production planning, procurement, and inventory management principles, including familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., MC Frame) and production control software.
• Proven ability to analyze data, interpret production metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize production and procurement processes.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects, managing timelines, and meeting strategic objectives.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and lead a team.
