This role is best suited for someone with strong communication skills and a solid background in collections, preferably within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances
- Contact clients via phone, email, or written correspondence to follow up on overdue accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare reports on collection status and aging accounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in collections, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High attention to detail and good organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or collections systems
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City from Mondays to Fridays
