Graphic Designer I CEBU

Homemaker Furniture is looking for a Graphic Designer to oversee the creative team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand visual content across digital and print platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, with 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
• Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, photography, and content creation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite (Subangdaku, Mandaue City)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the Graphic Design team to ensure quality and timely delivery of creative projects.
• Develop and oversee visual concepts, marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and brand assets across various platforms.
• Coordinate with Marketing, E-commerce, and other departments to support business objectives and campaign requirements.
• Manage project timelines, task assignments, and team workload to meet deadlines.
• Provide creative direction for graphic design, photography, videography, and multimedia content.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
