Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical Maintenance: Perform monthly checks on aircon, electrical systems, and refrigerators.
- Asset Care: Repair plumbing, carpentry, and kitchen tools to make equipment last longer.
- Safety & Compliance: Keep daily logs for health and fire inspections to ensure the shop is legal.
- Cost Control: Improve energy efficiency to lower bills and manage outside contractors.
- Reporting: Give daily updates to managers and write simple technical reports for leadership.
- Education: Graduate of any technical or engineering course.
- Experience: 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in restaurants or retail.
- Technical Skills: Skilled in basic electricity and carpentry, plumbing, and refrigirator/aircon repair (HVAC-R).
- Communication: Able to speak and write in English for reports and meetings.
- Attributes: Willing to travel and move between different store locations.
- Basic Pay: Competitive Salary based on experience
