Our Bank Operation Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas with the role of Bank Operations Officer.
In this role you will provide control and operational support to the Treasury Front Office by confirming, processing, settling, and safekeeping investment and derivative trades across multiple markets, while managing corporate action events.This role will oversee post‑settlement activities, risk monitoring, compliance, reporting, client servicing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and service quality.

What the role will entail- Ensure timely EOD checks, reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Escalate transaction exceptions, breaches, and risks immediately
- Test adherence to approved policies and procedures
- Review TAT and SLAs and escalate any SLA breaches
- Support capacity review and resource planning
- Identify quick wins to eliminate process inefficiencies
- Prepare and monitor KRIs, KPIs, RCSA, and issues/risk logs
- Support audit compliance, control improvements, and staff training
- Graduate of Accounting or any business‑related course
- 1–3 years' experience in the securities or investment industry
- Knowledge of Treasury products (FI, FX, MM, and Derivatives)
- Familiar with BSP regulations and market conventions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills
- Effective communicator with good supervisory skills and risk mindset
